Attorney Hillary Taylor focuses her practice on estate planning including planning for families with young children, unmarried individuals, blended families, owners of closely held business interests, families with a person with special needs, and settling estates and trusts. Based in Twinsburg, she works with clients throughout northeast Ohio, including but not limited to Cuyahoga, Summit, Geauga, and Portage Counties.
Her estate planning experience includes preparing:

In addition, Hillary handles the process of probate estate administration, transfer of non-probate assets, and business succession, as well as trust administration and settlement.
Attorney Taylor graduated from the University of Akron School of Law Summa Cum Laude, and John Carroll University also with honors. At University of Akron School of Law, Hillary participated in Law Review, student government, and worked as an adjunct professor teaching legal research, writing and analysis, as well as legal drafting. Ms. Taylor is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association and Florida Bar Association.

WOW!!! I contacted Hillary in October 2020 regarding a lien on our home from State of Ohio Medicaid. They were demanding repayment of funds that they had approved for my mom. After my mom's death, they turned around and placed a lien on our home. Hillary jumped right on it and within 5 months, was able to get the lien released. Hillary is responsive, professional, caring and understanding. She listened to my story and was willing and able to assist me. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!!!!
